Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa

Sun kissed skin, bikinis on top! Hello friends, I just came home from Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa in Nasugbu, Batangas, where my family and I decided to spend the first of May. It was my first time here and I can say that the place was good. I love how the two coconut trees gave an accent to the poolside.

It was a last minute decision to go out for Labor Day. We called the Canyon Cove Office and inquired about the rates. All rooms are fully booked and there's a long list of reservations on cue. So we had no choice but to settle with the Day Tour.

My cousins Mica and Diana excited to take a dip!

Food and beverage are not allowed to be brought inside. A day tour pass worth 1,000php entitles you to a 300php consumable food voucher. Everything else is over priced, like a Hidden Spring bottled water that originally costs 10php is sold at 80php. Tip for budgeted trips: keep your food on the most hidden part of your bag!! Haha. But I think it's not a good decision to enjoy here if you want to maximize your money.

Grilled food for 1,500php. The food was delicious, but I don't think it's worth it for that price. We could have availed of something special outside that costs almost the same or add a little amount.

Isn't it inviting? <3

Our stay there was good, but for me it did not reach my expectations. I was expecting for a Banana Boat ride but there's a team building going on. I was also looking forward to walking at the shore watching the sunset, enjoying good company. But since we thought that there will be a heavy traffic on the way home, we had to leave early.

It's the "Alta" Side right here

Sad story: my body's not yet ready for summer

I'm teaching Diana how to take photos using my camera for future blog posts ;)

I've noticed that I have 3 photos with a hand on my hair lol it's really windy there so better yet tie my hair! Haha

I will never forget this place because I've learned a lesson as I was on the pool, holding my monopod. You know what happened next, right? Yes, my phone fell on the 5 ft deep area of the pool. I was holding the monopod and suddenly realized that it was not stable yet. Anyways, I'll be blogging soon about my iPhone's condition and if it will survive after the incident. So stay tuned!
